Whether you have a total hip or knee replacement, shoulder surgery, lumbar disc surgery or just a minor arthroscopic surgery, your body undergoes trauma as a result and must heal appropriately. Sometimes due to time constraints and under staffing you can leave hospital without receiving a full education into your continuing rehab and still lacking the appropriate treatment required to return to normal function. At Ultimate Physio we aim to help speed up your recovery process and get you back on your feet and back to your normal pre-op routine as fast as possible. Through seeing our patients before they go in for surgery we can educate you and build up your muscles prior to surgery to enable you to have a head start once the post operative recovery stage begins. Then once the surgery is complete and you have been discharged from hospital we can begin the hands on work and person specific rehabilitation program to get you back to 100%!
